Tesla Inc. manufactures and sells electric vehicles, and energy generation and storage systems. The company was founded in 2003 and went public in June 2010 (initial public offering at $17 per share on June 29, 2010). Tesla has approximately 49,000 employees. It recently moved its headquarters to Austin, Texas, from Palo Alto, California.

U.S. stocks rose on Monday, continuing Friday's rally after a softer-than-expected jobs report. This week, there are no major economic reports and earnings reports are slowing. Oil prices are up due to concerns that a new Israeli invasion of Rafah is looming as well as news that Saudi Aramco will raise its crude oil prices to Asia and Europe next month. The Dow is up 0.1%, and S&P 500 0.6% and the Nasdaq rose 0.8%. Crude oil was trading above $78 per barrel and gold rose $24 to $2333 per ounce.
Analyst Report: Caesars Entertainment, Inc.
Caesars Entertainment includes about 50 domestic gaming properties across Las Vegas (49% of 2023 EBITDAR before corporate expenses) and regional (48%) markets. Additionally, the company hosts managed properties and digital assets, the later of which produced marginal EBITDA in 2023. Caesars' US presence roughly doubled with the 2020 acquisition by Eldorado, which built its first casino in Reno, Nevada, in 1973 and expanded its presence through prior acquisitions to over 20 properties before merging with legacy Caesars. Caesars' brands include Caesars, Harrah’s, Tropicana, Bally’s, Isle, and Flamingo. Also, the company owns the US portion of William Hill (it sold the international operation in 2022), a digital sports betting platform.

Managed and franchised represented 97% of total rooms as of Dec. 31, 2023. North America makes up 63% of total rooms. Managed, franchise, and incentive fees represent the vast majority of revenue and profitability for the company.
