Fund Summary

Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of small cap U.S. companies. The Adviser defines a small capitalization value company as any company that simultaneously meets the following two requirements: (i) be in the lowest 8% of U.S. aggregate market capitalization; and (ii) exhibit a low market value relative to its book value. The fund will also use futures and options on futures contracts for U.S. equity securities and indices, and exchange-traded-funds ("ETFs") to adjust market exposure or manage cash needs.

Management Information

Yuxing (Alfred) Zhang, CFA, FRM, is a Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Manager at Innealta Capital, where he utilizes his expertise in finance and mathematics to drive the success of a wide range of research initiatives, from analyzing returns drivers to portfolio design, management, and trading. Mr. Zhang heads the quantitative investment team at Innealta. Additionally, he serves as a key resource to clients, offering expert insights on investment-related topics and market commentary. He has been in the financial industry since 2014. Mr. Zhang earned his M.S. in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics, and a B.A. in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China. In addition, Mr. Zhang is a CFA® charter holder and holds the Financial Risk Management (FRM®) designation. Mr. Zhang has been with Innealta since 2017.
