TPG, J.C. Flowers, Resolution bid for Allstate's Lincoln unit, Reuters reports

British financial services firm Resolution Group and private equity firms TPG Capital and J.C. Flowers are bidding for Allstate Corp.'s Lincoln Benefit Life subsidiary, sources say, reports Reuters. TPG and J.C. Flowers have teamed up to bid for the insurance subsidiary, which could be valued at $500M to $900M, a sources said.
