SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2015) - Simavita Limited ("Simavita" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SV)(SVA.AX) is pleased to announce the results of the Special Meeting of the Company's share/CDI holders which was held at 10.00 am today (Australian Eastern time) in North Sydney, Australia.
All four resolutions that were put before the shareholders were passed on a show of hands. Details of the proxy votes received by the Company in respect of these resolutions are contained in the following table:
