Leju, E-House cut guidance

The Chinese real estate firms are struggling amid a slowing Chinese real estate market. Online real estate site Leju (LEJU) earned 23 cents per ADS, up 15% and in line, with revenue up 32% to $128.3 mil, missing. Leju cut '14 sales guidance to $470 mil-$490 mil. E-House (EJ), which owns 75% of Leju, badly missed earnings views and fell shy of revenue forecasts. The company lowered '14 sales guidance to $870 mil-$890 mil. Leju shares plunged 15%, E-House 9.4%.
