TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Oct 11, 2013) - Epcylon Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: PRFC) wishes to announce that Abbas Damji has resigned as a CEO & Director of Epcylon Technologies, Inc. for personal reasons. Mr. Damji has been with Epcylon since June 2013.
Todd Halpern, Chairman of the Board of Epcylon, said: "On behalf of the Epcylon team and its shareholders, I would like to thank Mr. Damji for his contribution to the company and wish him well in his future endeavours".
The company also wishes to announce that Mr. Cato Kemmler (current Epcylon Board Member) will assume the role of President of Epcylon Technologies, Inc. Mr. Kemmler is the President of Omega SmartBuild Americas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Epcylon Technologies, Inc., and also coordinates the international technology implementation of the OmegaGroup Holding.
