CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Jul 8, 2013) - Deloitte and Quattro Integration Group announced today that they have signed a binding agreement for Deloitte to acquire Quattro, an SAP consulting firm. The acquisition will combine the capabilities and talent of both firms to strengthen Deloitte's SAP transformation capability in the critical Energy & Resources sector of the Canadian economy.
