Clorox Increases Quarterly Dividend 4 Percent to 77 Cents per Share

OAKLAND, CA--(Marketwired - May 11, 2015) - The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) today announced that its board of directors increased the quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock by 4 percent, from 74 cents to 77 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on Aug. 7, 2015, to stockholders of record as of July 22, 2015.

Total annual dividends paid to Clorox shareholders have increased each year since 1977.
