The Chase has become a preferred venue for private brunches, exclusive events, and special celebrations, with this Mother's Day marking the first occasion their doors will be open for a public brunch offering.

The Chase team views Mother's Day as a unique occasion to express their love for the special women in their lives. "Sharing an enjoyable meal with your family on Mother's Day is something I really value," said Executive Chef Michael Steh, who prepared new à la carte menus for both The Chase & The Chase Fish & Oyster. "Our brunch on May 11 will offer guests the opportunity to experience our sun-lit spaces and fine dishes, and we've enjoyed the process of developing new plates consistent with our patrons' high expectations."

The 'Americana'-themed menu at The Chase will feature flapjacks and a smoked salmon flatbread, while Steh and his team will prepare an egg's benedict with Dungeness crab at The Chase Fish and Oyster. Select regular offerings, such as the raw bar and lobster rolls at The Chase Fish & Oyster, and the pearl platter at The Chase, will be available during the May 11 brunch. Full cocktail and wine menus will also be provided.

The newest addition to the CHG roster, Colette Grand Café, will be on hand to celebrate this Mother's Day. Providing breadbaskets and gift boxes of cookies, Colette's contributions will offer a glimpse of what's to come in their new dining room and bakery, set to open this summer in the Thompson Toronto.

Guests joining The Chase and The Chase Fish & Oyster for Mother's Day will dine in elegant spaces filled with natural light filtered through floor to ceiling windows. The Chase patio, offering a breathtaking view of the city, will be transformed into a stunning flower pavilion with outdoor seating.
