Stock futures (ES=F, NQ=F, YM=F) have fallen sharply from session highs over President-elect Donald Trump's new tariff policy proposals using the International Economic Emergency Powers Act (IEEPA). Futures have shifted upward, now having risen by 10% but still well off from Wednesday's session highs.
