US President Trump spoke at the White House's first-ever crypto summit on Friday, where he was surrounded by leaders in the crypto industry and key cabinet members. The day before, Trump signed an executive order to establish a strategic bitcoin (BTC-USD) reserve. At the event, White House AI and crypto czar David Sacks went on to characterize the digital asset space as one "subjected to prosecution and persecution."
