AT&T: Data breach exposed nearly all customer texts, calls

Telecom company AT&T (T) revealed that "nearly all" cell customers' call and text message records were accessed in a massive data breach. The compromised data belonged to most customers who sent texts and made calls with AT&T from May 1, 2022, to October 31, 2022, and on January 2, 2023. While AT&T shares dip on this news, Snowflake (SNOW) is also moving lower Friday afternoon as AT&T indicates the third-party cloud provider was targeted and the source of where the user data was illegally downloaded from.
