Stocks surge at the open on tech sector strength, earnings

All three of the major indexes (^DJI,^GSPC, ^IXIC) jumped at the open. Investors are cheering strong earnings results from Netflix (NFLX), United Airlines (UAL), and Procter & Gamble (PG). Tech stocks are also getting a boost from a new plan from President Trump to boost AI infrastructure in the Untied States.
