Small-caps, AI, chips to drive long-term growth: Strategist

In This Article:

As the pace of interest rate cuts remains a key focus for 2025, Invesco global market strategist Brian Levitt emphasized that market leadership, particularly in small-cap stocks, is more important.

Joining Catalysts Co-hosts Seana Smith and Madison Mills, Levitt shared his view on Nvidia (NVDA), noting that while the company is a major market player, its impact is largely short-term, so investors should look beyond daily market fluctuations.

Levitt explains that the demand for Nvidia’s chips and the broader AI chip sector is expected to remain strong.

“This is going to be a long structural trend,” he said. “There will be winners downstream I think the market is not even considering."
