Equity capital markets in the Middle East are defying the volatility induced by US President Donald Trump's tariffs. Dubai Holding, an investment conglomerate owned by Dubai's ruler plans to list a portfolio of residential property assets on the local exchange to capitalize on the emirate's real estate boom.
