US Housing starts hit a four-year low in the month of July, according to the US Census Bureau, dropping 6.8% month-over-month and 16% year-over-year. Vice President Kamala Harris unveiled her economic policy proposals for the housing market and homebuyers she would attempt to implement in her first 100 days in office if elected.
