"Free cash flow yield companies that generate enough free cash flows. Companies with the stability of earnings and companies that continue to have good dividend potential growth," Aguilar states. "They don't necessarily have high dividend pays, but they can actually generate consistent dividends. And if you actually look at that cohort, that has outperformed the market by roughly around 10% over the course of the last year."
