Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) announced on Monday that it has officially appointed Scott Boatwright as its permanent CEO, effective immediately. Boatwright had been serving as interim CEO since former chief executive Brian Niccol's departure to lead Starbucks (SBUX) back in September.
