Boeing is in 'deep trouble' as production struggles amid strike

Boeing (BA) is cutting 17,000 jobs amid the factory workers strike that has stretched into its fourth week. These job cuts represent 10% of Boeing's global workforce of over 170,000.

"They got no product to go forward with, they've got... a production limit, they can't deliver the [737 Max 10] like they're supposed to," Boyd tells Yahoo Finance. "We got an airline or an aircraft manufacturer that's in very, very deep trouble. And what they just did here may be just the beginning, because this is not a drill. Boeing is in deep, deep trouble."
