Ben Powell of BlackRock Investment Institute says we're "moving to a fundamentally different epoch in financial markets" as President Donald Trump accelerates some pre-existing trends. Powell tells Bloomberg Television that "to a degree there is no alternative" to the US, but investors could become "much more picky, much more selective, much more granular." He says that BlackRock is optimistic about the AI revolution, noting the implications "are very positive for certain companies, certain sectors."
