The clock is ticking for President Joe Biden to decide the fate of Nippon Steel's (5401.T) $15 billion bid to buy US Steel (X) based on a recommendation from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

Patrick Murphy, host of Yahoo Finance's Warrior Money podcast and former congressman, sits down with Seana Smith and Josh Lipton on Market Domination to outline why he thinks the Biden administration should greenlight the deal.

Murphy, who also served as the US Under Secretary of the Army in the Obama administration, relates the push for the deal back to the hurt the factories and manufacturing industry has been feeling in his home state of Pennsylvania.
