1. They don't see their professional lives stopping at age 62
Generation Z individuals expect to work past age 62.
2. They don't expect to work at the same company for their entire career
Generation Z individuals anticipate career changes.
3. They want financial freedom to pay for travel, career changes, and sabbaticals.
Generation Z individuals want to focus more on financial freedom as opposed to retirement planning.
