Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (Yuexiu REIT) and its subsidiaries (together, the Group) are mainly engaged in the leasing of commercial properties in the People's Republic of China (the PRC). Yuexiu REIT is a Hong Kong collective investment scheme constituted as a unit trust by the Trust Deed entered into between the Manager and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Asia) Limited, as the trustee of Yuexiu REIT (the Trustee) on 7 December 2005 (as amended by the First Supplemental Deed dated 25 March 2008, the Second Supplemental Deed dated 23 July 2010, the Third Supplemental Deed dated 25 July 2012, the Fourth Supplemental Deed dated 3 April 2020 and the Fifth Supplemental Deed dated 28 May 2021) and authorised under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) subject to the applicable conditions imposed by Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong from time to time. The address of its registered office is 17B, Yue Xiu Building, 160-174 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Yuexiu REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 21 December 2005.
