Wacoal welcomes innerwear, swimwear brand Bravissimo to its group

Lingerie manufacturer Wacoal has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of the innerwear and swimwear retailer Bravissimo Group Limited through its UK subsidiary, Wacoal Europe Limited.
