Yahoo Finance shook things up this year, not just naming a Company of the Year but also Surprise of the Year, Product of the Year, and Comeback of the Year. Walmart (WMT) was named Yahoo Finance's 2024 Comeback of the Year on the strength of its stock and earnings performance. Starbucks workers expand strike in US cities including New York

The five-day strike, which began on Friday and initially closed Starbucks cafes in Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle, has added New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and St. Louis, Workers United said in a statement.
