The Calcutta High Court dismissed the pleas from Glocal Healthcare Systems ("Glocal") and several of Glocal's officers and shareholders (together with Glocal, the "Respondents") to submit their affidavits of assets, liabilities, encumbrances and pending litigations in a 'sealed cover'. Furthermore, the High
