It is also involved in general trading activities; organization of public auctions; provision of educational services; and trades, develops, and manages real estate projects, as well as operates and manages schools. The company was formerly known as Housing Finance Company K.S.C.P. and changed its name to Unicap Investment and Finance Company K.S.C.P. in December 2016. Unicap Investment and Finance Company K.S.C.P. was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
