Management Information

Lance Humphrey, CFA, Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Portfolio Management, VictoryShares and Solutions, has co-managed the Funds since 2016. Mr. Humphrey has 17 years of investment management experience, 12 years of which were with USAA Asset Management Company (“AMCO”), which was acquired by the Adviser’s parent company in 2019. Education: M.B.A., University of Texas – San Antonio and a B.A., finance, Texas State University. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Society of San Antonio.
