Fund Summary

Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings, if any, for investment purposes) in equity securities of foreign companies representing at least three countries other than the United States. The fund will invest primarily in securities of companies domiciled in developed markets, but may invest up to 10% of its assets in securities of companies in emerging countries.
