The fund invests, under normal conditions, at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies with medium market capitalizations. For purposes of the fund, a medium capitalization company has a market capitalization within the range of market capitalization represented in the Russell Midcap ® Index at the time of purchase. The size of the companies in the Russell Midcap Value Index will change with market conditions. The fund will hold approximately 60 to 80 securities.

Management Information

R. Todd Vingers, Lead Manager since October 10, 2014
Todd Vingers is the President of Leeward Investments, and also serves as head of the investment team and Portfolio Manager on the team’s investment strategies. Mr. Vingers previously spent 19 years at LMCG Investments, LLC, establishing the Value team there in 2002. He has served as the Lead Portfolio Manager on Small Cap Value since 2002 and co-Portfolio Manager on Mid Cap Value since 2014. Prior to LMCG, Mr. Vingers served as a Vice President and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments and a valuation analyst for the Hawthorne Company. He holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Vingers is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
