The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investment grade fixed-income securities. It may, without limitation, seek to obtain exposure to the securities in which it primarily invests through a variety of investment vehicles, principally closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") and other mutual funds.
