It will typically invest in affiliated underlying funds advised by the Adviser. The fund will invest at least 40% of its net assets in underlying funds that will provide the fund with exposure to equity securities and at least 30% of its net assets in underlying funds that will provide the fund with exposure to fixed income securities.
