The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of emerging market companies, and in other instruments, principally derivatives and shares of investment companies (including exchange-traded funds ("ETFs")), that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It invests in at least three emerging or frontier market countries. The fund may also invest in "out-of-the-money" convertible securities and may invest in securities of companies with any market capitalization.

Management Information

John M. Malloy, Lead Manager since December 30, 2016
John is the portfolio manager of the Emerging Markets strategy at Redwheel. He also serves as a member of the investment committee for the Redwheel Emerging and Frontier Markets strategies. He has 29 years of experience in international investment management and commodity, debt and equity research analysis. John previously held the position of Senior Managing Director, Director of Investments at Everest Capital where he worked since 1996. Prior to this he was an investment manager at Baring Asset Management focused on Latin American and US high yield markets. John holds a BS in Management from Norwich University and an MBA from the Boston University Graduate School of Management. John speaks Spanish.
