RiverNorth Announces Plans to Convert the RiverNorth Core Opportunity Fund to an ETF

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., April 30, 2025--RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC ("RiverNorth"), an investment manager and closed-end fund expert specializing in opportunistic strategies, has announced plans to convert the RiverNorth Core Opportunity Fund (NASDAQ: RNCOX/RNCIX) (the "Fund"), to an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund had approximately $42 million in assets under management as of March 31, 2025.
