The fund is a "fund of funds" that seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in other mutual funds ("underlying funds"). It primarily invests in mutual funds managed by the fund's advisor but may also invest in unaffiliated mutual funds or exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") to gain exposure to asset classes not available through a fund managed by the Advisor. Management Information

Experience Prior to joining C.S. McKee in 2022, Mr. Appleby held a senior risk management position at North Square Investments where he was responsible for the ongoing review of North Square investment strategies and assessment of potential partnerships with new advisors. He began his career in 2006 at Oak Ridge Investments, a Chicago based growth equity investment advisor, performing multiple roles over the years but more recently assisting the investment team with market risk management and portfolio construction. EDUCATION He has a Masters of Science Degree in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. Mr. Appleby also holds the FRM® (Financial Risk Manager) Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. PERSONAL David lives in the Barrington area north of Chicago with his two sons and two dogs. David enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and staying active through training in martial arts.
