Pluribus Technologies Corp. (TSXV: PLRB) ("Pluribus" or the "Company") announces that B. Riley Farber Inc., in its capacity as Court-appointed monitor (the "Monitor") of Pluribus and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Pluribus Group" or the "Companies"), is undertaking a court-supervised sale and investment solicitation process ("SISP") to identify potential buyers or investors for all or part of the Pluribus Group's assets and business operations.
