The fund seeks to exceed the total return of the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia and Far East ("EAFE") Index, hedged to U.S. dollars, by investing under normal circumstances in non-U.S. equity derivatives, backed by a portfolio of fixed income instruments.
