The Facility Operations segment is involved in the hotels and resorts, and sports and entertainment businesses. The Other segment engages in the design, construction management, and sub-contracting construction of new-build homes, as well as distribution and heat supply business. This segment also undertakes renovation work for homes, offices, and retail facilities; operates golf course; retails flowers and ornamental plants, seeds, and other gardening products; and operates electricity transmission. The company was founded in 1941 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
