NEW YORK, January 10, 2025--Insight Select Income Fund (NYSE:INSI) ("INSI" or the "Fund") announced today that, at a Special Meeting of the Fund’s shareholders (the "Shareholders"), the Shareholders of the Fund have approved the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization ("Reorganization Agreement") providing for the transfer at net asset value of all of the assets and certain liabilities of INSI to KKR Income Opportunities Fund ("KIO") (the "Reorganization").

NEW YORK, December 05, 2024--The Insight Select Income Fund (NYSE: INSI) (the "Fund") today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on December 5, 2024. The ordinary income distribution of $0.20 per share will be payable on December 27, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2024.
