A crypto entrepreneur splurged millions of dollars in client funds on a billion-year old space diamond, rare Rolexes and a Ferrari, SEC says
Richard Schueler, aka Richard Heart, used millions of dollars in customer funds to buy "exorbitant luxury goods" - including Ferraris, Rolexes, and a giant black diamond - for himself, according to the SEC.
