The fund adviser seeks to achieve its investment objective through investments in (i) domestic equity securities of any market capitalization, (ii) investment companies (mutual funds, closed-end funds and ETFs) and (iii) cash and cash equivalents and put and call options. When the fund is out of the market, it invests in cash and cash equivalents and/or put options to hedge the fund’s equities and to reduce volatility. The fund may be invested from 0-100% in cash and cash equivalents and/or put and call options and 0-100% in equities depending on the strength of the trend identified by the HCM-BuyLine®.

Management Information

Vance Howard has been the President, CEO, Chairman of the Board and founder of Howard since 1999. Prior to forming Howard, he was the President, CEO, Chairman and founder of Chartered Financial Services, Inc., an investment advisory firm. Vance Howard began his professional money management career in 1992 with the formation of Chartered Financial Services, Inc., which was renamed Howard Capital Management, Inc. in 1999. Vance specializes in research, development, and implementation of various types of trading systems. Mr. Howard holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Business from Sam Houston State University.
