Intel stock drops on weak Q2 outlook
Intel (INTC) stock tumbles after announcing a soft second quarter sales outlook. Intel's first quarter sales were $12.67 billion compared to the $12.31 billion that analysts expected, while adjusted earnings per share (EPS) was $0.13. The legacy chipmaker's second quarter revenue outlook, between $11.2 billion and $12.4 billion, also fell short of Wall Street expectations.
