The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by implementing a quantitative approach to investing in U.S. large and mid-cap stocks. Many of the high-quality stocks that the fund will invest in exhibit above average return on invested capital and may experience increasing earnings or revenue. It will invest in U.S. common stocks. The fund may also invest cash balances in other investment companies, including money market funds, and may purchase and sell futures contracts on stock indices to gain market exposure on cash balances or reduce market exposure in anticipation of liquidity needs.
