AA Mission Acquisition Corp. Announces Closing of Full Exercise of IPO Over-Allotment Option

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, September 05, 2024--AA Mission Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: AAM.U) (the "Company") today announced that the underwriter of its previously announced initial public offering fully exercised its option to purchase an additional 4,500,000 units at the public offering price of $10.00 per unit, resulting in additional gross proceeds of approximately $45,000,000.
