The company also provides operation and maintenance services, including plant startup and commissioning, plant operation and maintenance, technical training, operations support, small capital project execution, facility management, plant engineering, and asset optimization for water treatment, storage, pumping, and distribution facilities. In addition, it constructs sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, vacuum sewage collocation systems, intermittently decanted extended aeration systems, membrane systems, and sewer networks, as well as upgrades and refurbishes sewage treatment systems; and operates fiber-optic cables.
