The company serves steel, non-ferrous, electric power, energy, automobile, mining, petroleum, chemical, transportation, and military industries. China First Heavy Industries was formerly known as First Heavy Machinery Works. The company was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Qiqihar, the People's Republic of China.
