Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust ("Yuexiu Real Estate Fund") and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") are principally located in the People's Republic of China China (the “China”) is engaged in the commercial property leasing business. Yuexiu Real Estate Fund is a Hong Kong collective investment scheme constituted in the form of a unit trust by a trust deed dated December 7, 2005 The Trustee of the Property Fund (the “Trustee”) entered into this Agreement on December 7, 2005 (as amended on March 25, 2008) Fourth Supplementary Deed dated April 3, 2020 and the Fifth Supplementary Deed dated May 28, 2021) entered into between the Manager and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Asia) Limited (as the trustee of Yuexiu Real Estate Fund (the “Trustee”)) and is regulated by the Securities and Futures Investment Law of Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong may authorise the Company to issue a new share option under section 104 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“MEE”) Ordinance, subject to the applicable conditions as may be prescribed from time to time by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The address of its registered office is Room B, 17/F, Yue Xiu Building, 160-174 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Yuexiu Property Fund was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 21, 2005.
