DALLAS - 2 May2017 - YPO, the premier chief executive leadership organization in the world, today announced the top finalists for its Global Innovation Award, which honors those YPO members who have initiated breakthrough innovations that inspire positive transformation and nurture continued growth and opportunity for leaders around the world. In addition to recognizing the top 10 innovators from among more than 24,000 YPO members across 130 countries, the Global Innovation Awards also will honor Asia`s top innovator.
The awards were introduced last year at the inaugural YPO Innovation Week, a week designed to bring together dynamic innovators for a chance to connect, challenge conventional thinking and come away inspired with actionable, applicable insight. Last year`s winner Michael Lewis is the founder of RealD, the pioneer of digital 3D cinema.
The 2017 YPO Innovation Week, 8-12 May 2017, will connect influential entrepreneurs, innovators and thought leaders to talk about inspiration, breakthroughs and transformation and will feature signature events, live two-way interactive video casts and livestream events around the world. The 2017 Global Innovation Award finalists all are invited to YPO Innovation Week`s Grand Finale event in New York City on 12 May, where the winner will be announced.
