Biometrics Video Analysis Technology measure Active Shooters's Head Micro movements (micro motions, Vibration) by standard digital, web or television cameras and images processing.
Human head micro vibrations is linked with the vestibular/ emotional reflex(VER) and depends on emotional status.
Cameras can detect emotional status by the control of 3D head-neck movements accumulated in several frames of video processing. Every pixel indicates a vibrations parameter: frequency or amplitude of vibrations. One frame imaging of vibration frequency and amplitude named external Vibraimage.
External Head Vibraimages are associated with frequency of vibrations. Head Vibraimage size is determined by amplitude of vibrations. Vibraimage System can detect Active Shooters Abnormal Emotional Stage and it will automatically activate via IP, wireless, etc., Unified Command Emergency Plans and it will automatically lock down doors and windows, which it can deny access to buildings while sending photo pictures to all Police and Private Security smartphones programed on files.
