The NFT created by world-renowned artist Pedro Sandoval will be auction during the Starlite Porcelanosa Gala in Marbella, Spain with simultaneous broadcasting in Times Square, New York.

Funds to be raised from this NFT will be supporting projects of the Starlite Foundation and the Lágrimas y Favores Foundation, founded by Antonio Banderas.

Marbella, New York, Geneva - August 12, 2022 - WISeKey International Holding Ltd. (“WISeKey”) (SIX: WIHN, NASDAQ: WKEY), a leading global cybersecurity, AI, Blockchain and IoT company, announced today that it will be auctioning an NFT featuring actor, entrepreneur and author, Antonio Banderas.

The secured WISe.Art NFT multichain platform, aims to present NFTs which tell a story of integrity towards society. The NFT created by world-renowned artist Pedro Sandoval will be shown digitally in Times Square in NYC.

The NFT will be showcased at the Starlite Porcelanosa Gala Ceremony on August 14, 2022, in Marbella, Spain. The Starlite Porcelanosa Gala is held annually (since 2010) on the first Saturday in August in Marbella at the spectacular open air auditorium of the Starlite Festival at Cantera de Nagüeles (Nagüeles Quarry on the lower slopes of Sierra Blanca mountain).   The Starlite Porcelanosa Gala was a platform created by Sandra García-Sanjuán supported by Antonio Banderas to collect funds for chosen charities.

Following the 2021 event, the Foundation announced it had raised over 3 million euros during the Galas 12-year lifespan Logistical support for the Starlite Gala is provided by Starlite (Festival) Productions which provides its on-site team support and production assistance.

The proceeds from this NFT will be used to support projects of the Starlite Foundation founded by Sandra García-Sanjuán and the Lágrimas y Favores Foundation, founded by Antonio Banderas.

During the same Gala, two additional unique NFTs created by the artist Pedro Sandoval will be auctioned for the benefit of the Starlite foundation titled "La Madonna el niño y el mini yoda" and "El Hijo de Matias" - both will include their physical artwork, silkscreen/olio/lino of 169x296 for the first and a 130x70 gold/bronze sculpture for the second of.
